We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy outlines when refunds apply and how to request one.
1. Cancellations by you
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours notice (standard inspections): Full refund issued promptly.
- Less than 24 hours notice (standard inspections): No refund will be issued. This covers our technician's allocated time and any travel arrangements made.
- Same-day urgent inspections: All urgent same-day inspections are non-refundable once booked. By booking an urgent inspection you agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- No-show or unable to access vehicle: If our technician attends and cannot access the vehicle due to incorrect information provided by you, no refund will be issued and a call-out fee may apply.
2. Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your inspection (for example due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Completed inspections
Once an inspection has been completed and a report delivered, we are unable to offer a refund. Our reports reflect the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection and represent the professional service we have provided.
If you believe there has been an error or significant omission in your report, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will review your concern in good faith.
4. Invoice and quote reviews
Once a quote or invoice review has been completed and the assessment delivered, refunds are not available. If you have concerns about your review, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
